Single phase voltage relay with thermal protection

Voltage relays ZUBR D25-63 (t) are designed to protect equipment from excessive voltage fluctuations in the network. When an emergency occurs, the relay cuts off the load. It is used in single-phase AC networks (230 V). It is additionally equipped with thermal protection.

TrueRMS high accuracy of measurement

ZUBR D2 measures voltage with high accuracy. Operation principle of TrueRMS – algorithm reduces the influence of network interference on the accuracy of voltage measurement when the voltage shape differs from the sinusoid..

Increased safety with thermal protection

Voltage relays ZUBR D (t) are equipped with overheating protection. It is activated if the temperature inside the housing reaches 80 ° C. To extend the service life of relay contacts and reduce their sparking, load switching is realized as close as possible to the transition of the voltage sinusoid through zero.

Load Start Delay

Once the voltage has stabilized, the countdown till the load supply will be activated. The delay time can be set from 3 to 600 seconds, depending on the type of equipment connected. For equipment sensitive to frequent voltage disconnections (e.g., refrigerators and air conditioners), it is recommended to set the delay time at 120-180 seconds.

Convenient setting

The device is controlled by only three buttons. The digital screen displays the voltage value and system information. It helps to easily set the upper and lower limit of permissible voltage.

Easy installation

The voltage relay is installed in the switchboard on a standard 35 mm wide DIN rail. If there is increased humidity in the room or there is a possibility of water entering the device, then the board must meet the IP55 protection class (according to 14254 GOST).
