Please read the instructions carefully before installing and using the device. You can download the instructions in electronic form in the product card on our website or in the Manuals section. 

We have warranty obligations to the buyer only if we comply with the installation and operation guidelines described in the device manual. Follow the instructions to ensure long and reliable operation of the device, as well as help you avoid errors and misunderstandings.

Please note, that we do not have warranty obligations in following cases:

  • operation of the device was carried out with excess of technical passport data of the device or instructions for installation and operation of the device were not complied with, which led to mechanical damage and deformation;
  • traces of moisture (liquid) ingress were found on any part of the product, as well as the presence of mechanical damages (cracks, deformations, cuts, etc.), the cause of which could be mechanical loads, high or low temperatures, fractures, falls, etc.;
  • repair of the product was made by an organization or a person who does not have the appropriate authority from the manufacturer;
  • damage is caused by electrical voltage or current that exceeds passport values, incorrect or careless handling of the product, non-compliance with installation and operation instructions;
  • breakdown caused by insects entering the device.

In case of non-compliance with the rules of installation and operation of the product, intentional or accidental actions of the buyer (User) or third parties, we disclaim liability for any damage directly or indirectly caused by DS Electronics products to people, pets or property, as well as for any damage, indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including economic and intangible losses, loss of profit, income, information, related to damage or inability to operate DS Electronics products.
