terneo BeeRT automates and optimizes the operation of your electric boiler and pump. This increases the energy efficiency and safety of your heating system without losing comfort.

The thermostat operates according to data from two temperature sensors installed on the feed and return pipes of the electric boiler. The heating is turned on when the return temperature decreases beyond a predetermined value and is turned off when the feed or return temperature reaches a predetermined value. Thus, comfort is maintained by the return temperature, and the heating rate of the system and the safety of the boiler operation ensures the feed temperature.

The thermostat implements Protection from incorrect temperature settings to eliminate the situation in which heating will not be turned on due to incorrectly set temperatures by the user. The thermostat will prevent you from setting the feed temperature below the return temperature.

Provides high comfort

Accurate maintenance of a comfortable temperature is possible due to hysteresis and setting the feed and return temperatures with an accuracy of 0,1 °C.

Achieving energy efficiency is possible due to a wide range of feed and return hysteresis, from 1 to 30 °C. The increase of hysteresis also reduces the wear of the contact groups of the start-up equipment.

Guarantees safe operation of the boiler

The thermostat is suitable for controlling boilers with a power of up to 16 A.

The temperature of the heat carrier at the boiler outlet can be controlled to prevent overheating of the boiler. Also limiting the maximum temperature at the boiler outlet prevents people from getting skin burns.

To protect the boiler from boiling of the heat carrier, the thermostat, noticing the excess of the feed temperature from the set value, will turn off the heating, and the circulation pump will continue to operate until the temperature drops to the set value plus the value of the feed hysteresis.

Reduces energy costs by connecting an external programmerr

External control of the programmer allows you to achieve maximum comfort and energy efficiency and involves the control of the heating system according to the established schedule with air temperature control. To achieve savings, for example, on a weekday when everyone is at work, the programmer turns off the boiler by blocking the operation of terneo BeeRT. 

Programmable thermostats with both normally closed and a normally open group of contacts can be used for external control by the BeeRT thermostat. This ability to work with a large number of external programmers is unique among competitors!

Monitors the serviceability of the pump

The thermostat is suitable for controlling pumps up to 16 A.

The thermostat monitors the serviceability of the circulation pump by monitoring the temperature of the heat carrier at the outlet of the boiler.

To optimize boiler operation and reduce energy consumption, the thermostat further turns on a pump before and after heating for a user-adjustable time. This eliminates the local concentration of the heated carrier and equalizes its temperature throughout the system.

The connected sensor can be replaced

For users who want to use a sensor other than in the package with a thermostat, the thermostat provides a choice of sensor type: digital or analog. The length of the sensor in the package is 4 meters long.
