It determines the presence of precipitation by moisture resistance at sensitive contacts. The sensor is designed to work with a terneo sneg thermostat. The length of the sensor connection wire is 10 m.
In order to melt snow and avoid the formation of ice crust on the surface of sensitive contacts, internal heating is provided in the sensor. If moisture is detected, the internal heating will work continuously and the load (heating cable) will turn on.
