Three-phase voltage relay

Three-phase voltage relay ZUBR 3F is designed to protect household and industrial equipment, including three-phase electric motors, from high and low voltage. The device monitors the sequence of phases, and switches off the load when the asymmetry occurs. The load switch off time can be adjusted.

For normal operation of the relay, one phase and neutral are enough, due to this, the voltage relay can be used as a full-fledged single phase protection. The voltage relay will not work without neutral.

A contactor must be used to operate the three phase equipment.

Effective monitoring and display

In the menu, you can turn off the order control, as well as voltage imbalance, individually. It is also possible to turn off phase absence monitoring (available only when imbalance is disabled). In previous versions of the relay, the absence of a phase was not considered as an error for use in single phase mode. Now you can operate it.

Emergency situations are stored in non-volatile memory according to their priority. For example, if a voltage surge and a voltage imbalance occur simultaneously in the network, then a more important event will be recorded in the memory — voltage imbalance.

On delay

The load is supplied at the end of the on delay. You can adjust its duration from 3 to 600 seconds, depending on the type of devices connected. The default is a delay model that takes into account the duration of the emergency, allowing the equipment to resume operation faster. But you can activate the delay model, which starts counting only after the end of the emergency.

Professional switch off model

Activate the professional load switch-off model to avoid frequent equipment disconnection. Switch-off of the load will not occur at safe values and duration of voltage deviations from the normal.

Easy operation

The relay starts to display on the digital screen the current voltage of each phase immediately after switching on. If the voltage is within the set limits, the device will turn on the load supply, as indicated by the red indicator. The relay is operated by only three buttons.

Simple installation

The relay is installed in the switchboard on a standard 35 mm wide DIN rail. If there is a possibility of water entering the device or in the room with an increased humidity level, then the board must correspond to 14254 GOST of ІR55 protection class.
